Masterz Education reached out to us after seeing that their current marketing strategy wasn’t working. They had worked with marketing agencies before but never gotten quality results that they could use. They urgently required leads to scale their business further. By taking them through a marketing strategy session, we identified the best ways to reach their target audience. Taking in the client’s urgency, we devised a strategy focusing only on paid social media ads.

The Strategy

By taking our client through a marketing strategy session, we quickly identified why their business was critical to workers abroad. Most labourers who come for jobs abroad don’t have the education to get a promotion. So they get stuck at their miserable job, living like zombies for their families back home.

Our plan of action included: 

  • Figure out where their customers were active online and advertise to them.
  • We quickly changed our messaging to empathise with the labourers.
  • We could engage more with the target audience by sharing success stories and painting a picture of success.
  • We saw an immediate increase in qualified leads, and the client started receiving calls through the ads, which had never happened before.

    Without going through and strategizing, their path forward was foggy. The ad campaign got quality leads by having a clear idea of whom to target. This strategy pushed deeper into the mindset of the labourers breaking emotional walls. Calls were coming in further increased sales, and they have hired us for other projects.
