Manarul Huda Trust was unsatisfied with outsourcing their work to different marketing firms. They decided to hire and create an inhouse marketing team take care of 20 institutions under them. Mohammed Firoz was hired as an intern to the team to manage all social media pages of the different institutions. After six months he was promoted to the post of Digital Marketing Executive.
Summary
As a learner I kept on increasing my knowledge by taking courses. As the marketing team developed my marketing head left the company to pursue his career, and during those six months I was the acting Manager for the team.
My Job Included
During the three years I worked at Manarul Huda Trust, I gained experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Strategy. My main task was to grow their brand on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Because I learned to understand brands from both a marketing and business perspective, I developed a keen sense of strategy.
